Our instructors will not only teach your child athletic fundamentals through progressive drills, engaging cardio and fun competitions, but we will use these fundamentals as a platform to teach life-skill lessons that reinforce positive attitudes about effort, respect, cooperation and self-control. Actor's Toolbox: The Storyteller
This Spring, students will bring classic tales and fantastical stories to life, under the guidance of our experienced theater educators. Students will learn how to take their favorite myths, fables, or books and transform them into live theater. This class will explore the fundamentals of theater: from projection and stage presence, to expression and character development while exploring their favorite characters and stories.

Game Development (Beginner-Intermediate)
Do you play games and wonder how they are created? Would you like to build your own computer programs? Come learn how at the Coding with Kids Academy! In this fun after-school class, BEGINNERS will be introduced to the core concepts of computer programming, including loops, conditionals and variables. INTERMEDIATE students will build on their previous knowledge and be introduced to more advanced concepts, such as nested conditionals and functions with parameters. Using the Scratch development environment, you will learn how to create a variety of programs, from simple animations to multi-level games. With new projects each session, you will be able to express your creativity and advance as a coder! Our progressive curriculum will allow you to move to the next level after just 1-3 sessions.
